Simon Wagstaff B.E.M
Managing Director

With a total of some 31 years in the security and travel business, Simon has worked as a consultant in Asia since 1990, he has lived in Asia for almost 18 years. Prior to this he served in the British Military for 18 years. A Veteran of the Falklands War and seven active duty tours in Northern Ireland, he also spent several years on active counter-terrorist duty in Europe and was awarded the British Empire Medal for Meritorious Service.

Simon also completed the Aviation Security Management course at the International Centre for Air Transport Management in Tel Aviv, Israel and has provided services to support numerous economic sectors and clients range from energy, banking, insurance, technology, manufacturing, retail and travel to high-profile executives, entertainers, sports stars, heads of state, foreign dignitaries and diplomats.

He has worked in almost every country in the Asia Pacific region, and now lives and operates from his base in Bangkok, Thailand.

Joe Wilson CPP
General Manager

Prior to arriving in Hong Kong six years ago, Joe spent twelve years with the British Ministry of Defence working within the Royal Air Force and British Army including the Royal Military Police and Guards Regiments in Central London.

Joe liased closely with all areas of civilian and military police, including intelligence agencies, with duties that covered the operational planning, preparation and execution of security for public military events to be held in London including Beating the Retreat, The Queen’s Birthday Parade ceremonies and state funerals.

Within the Royal Military Police, Joe worked directly with the Senior Commander of the British Military Police, the Provost Marshal, in Central London, dealing with criminal investigations, VIP escorts, prisoner transfers, ongoing security reviews and co-ordination of incident response with both internal and external organisations.

Whilst with the Royal Air Force Joe was heavily involved with the planning and implementation of a Forces wide global computerisation initiative. This role necessitated the assessment of operational needs and requirements for 16 RAF stations across the UK, including the identification and facilitation of suitable staff training.

Joe also served two years as a Special Constable in the Essex Police Force and is an ASIS Certified Protection Professional

Scott Stammers
General Manager

Scott Stammers covers flight and security operations in Thailand, Cambodia and Laos, whilst providing additional support to Hong Kong, Macau and other areas when needed. Scott has lived in the Philippines and Hong Kong, and has 18-years working experience for some of the Asia’s top security operators.

Scott's areas of responsibility and operation have included managing large scale, complex event based security operations. He has also provided executive and close protection services to high net worth individuals and prominent politicians. He is an expert in designing security policies and procedures, and has assisted multinational corporations and international hotel chains with designing and implimenting their security programmes.
